SHOWERS RAIN TSTORUS FLURRIES SNOW CE SUNNY FT. CLOUDY CLOUDY drug money found at Jensen's Charleston residence at the time, 1003 Jackson Ave. He was charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance for selling cocaine to an undercover police officer, first on Sept 2 and again on Sept. 8, both times at his local address. Jensen was later charged with attempting to get a witness to that sale to either refrain from testifying or to say the officer ingested some of the cocaine.

He then threatened to shoot the witness if he did not comply with Jensen's requests. Jensen pleaded guilty to charges of communicating with a witness, intimidation and soliciting obstruction of justice, all of which are less-serious offenses than the cocaine sales charges. Authorities are also seeking the forfeiture of $1,541 in currency found at Jensen's Charleston residence during the execution of a search warrant. Documents in the forfeiture case claim the money was found near a vial of cocaine, indicating it was used in drug sales and making it eligible for forfeiture under state law. In that case, Jensen is contending he can prove he received the money from his mother, from summer jobs and from riverboat gambling in East Peoria.

Jensen was an EIU student at the time of his arrest but is no longer enrolled at the university.
