MRS. SANDERS Says She Is Wronged by Joe Kelch.the Infatuated. Something ought to be done to squelch Kelch, the fellow who persists in pestering the Sanders woman on Railroad Btreet. Every time Kelch get8 on a rampage he excuses him self to the populace by saying that he is maddened and grieved because Mrs. Sanders, whom be loves with an affection surpassing that of Romeo for Juliet, will not return his affection.

Because of that he trlea to shoot her, takes poison and makes trouble generally. He always enda up by telling everybody that the Sanders woman is an evil character. Mrs. Sanders took a turn at the bat this morning and visited The Journal office. She said she wanted some of the slanders started by Kelch corrected.

She saya she sews and takes In washing for a living and that the reason she won't have anything to do with Kelch is that he won't work and Is thoroughly shiftless. If Kelch refuses to -leave the woman alone something ought to be done with him. HE WELL RUN Hon. I. B.

The press of public business or something un-looked for may prevent the President from making his Journey as he now in a manner contemplates.
